Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any fashion items or accessories purchased from vitnaturflushing.ddd. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the items. We recommend initiating returns as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at reach@vitnaturflushing.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Once you receive the return authorization, please package the items securely and send them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Conditions

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging when possible
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

This process ensures you receive the correct item and allows us to process your return and new order efficiently.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at reach@vitnaturflushing.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email to help us process your claim quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
